Help keep Bali clean! All of us like to enjoy the beautiful beaches in Bali, so it is only fair to take care of the beautiful coastline. Joining a beach clean-up is a great way to help the environment and make new friends while traveling in Bali.
The last clean up I took part in was in Gili Trawangan - a small island near Bali. To see how it was and to find some useful hashtags see my Insta post below.
Watch sunset at the beach
The best place for sunset in Canggu is Berawa beach. It is one the cleanest beaches in Canggu, as the 5* resorts next to it take care of the surrounding. Next to the luxury beach clubs you will find smaller beach bars with bean bags, where you can get a drink and watch the surfers in the ocean while the sun is going down.

Canggu is located about 1-hour drive from the Denpasar airport. You can get a taxi or Grab for about 150k IDR (about 10 US dollars) or book a private transfer.
The ride from Ubud or Sanur will take about 1 hour, while the famous villages of Kuta and Seminyak are closer. How to get around Canggu
The best way to get around Canggu is to rent a scooter or a bicycle. There are three main streets here all leading to the beach, so if you need to get from one beach to another you may have to go far inland and then all the way back. To save your time find the famous Shortcut - a small road through a rice field connecting the three main streets. Note, this road is too small for cars.
